Following her Father's footsteps, Pam obtained her Real Estate License in 1992.

Pursued her real estate career working with Re/Max Beaumont until 1996 when she decided to move back to St. Albert and continue her career there.

In addition to real estate, Pam joined the Edmonton Journal's marketing division focusing specifically on the residential and condomium market. In 2009 she left the Journal to join Phil. 

Since joining Phil  in 2009 to form the Filipchuk Father & Daughter Team, her awards and achievements have included:
